Refund Policy

Enchanted Stitching has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us for the address to send returns to. 

If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Enchanted Stitching cannot accept returns on partially completed or opened kits.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact us at enchantedstitching2025@gmail.com to let us know what item you’d like to exchange and which item you’d like to replace it with. Return the unwanted item, and once your return is accepted (i.e., packaging and all materials are intact, undamaged, and in original, new condition) you can proceed with a new purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds
Enchanted Stitching will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will alert you by email as to whether the refund is approved or not. If it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not refund customers for products that have been disassembled, gutted, altered, damaged, or otherwise changed from their original, new condition. Do please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
