FAQs and General Info
I want to submit an image I found online for you to convert. Can I do that?

Yes and no.

If the image/painting is in the public domain (i.e. created before 1930) then yes, I can convert it for you; the same goes with personal photographs and self-created paintings and images. However, I do not create charts or manipulate images that are not in the public domain due to copyright infringement laws.

I trust you to provide images that abide by these laws and am not/will not be held responsible for images/submissions that do not abide by them. Any actions/litigation against images discovered to not abide by U.S. and international copyright laws shall be the sole responsibility of the customer submitting the image, and Enchanted Stitching/EnchantedStitching.net bears no responsibility for any litigation or other actions against the offending image.

As the customer, you are not sharing:

  • Images found on the internet that you do not own or have the rights to.
  • Copyrighted characters, logos, or artwork (e.g., Disney, Marvel, sports teams, etc.).
  • Trademarks or branded material.

By submitting an image, you confirm that you either own it, created it, or it is in the public domain. We reserve the right to decline any request that doesn’t meet these guidelines, and you indemnify us from any liability that may occur for the improper use of an image.

Are toolkits included in the stamped kits?

Yes! Each toolkit features:

*Stainless steel scissors

*Finger tape
*A needle threader
*A reusable mesh bag

Our renderings are mostly square but can generally be altered to your sizing requirements. Here’s an example of fabric/stitch count comparisons:

Once you order a pattern and choose the desired fabric count, we will confirm the design size and the correct fabric size to purchase. All fabric sizes will include a 3-inch border all around the design size to accommodate framing once complete.
